CS-Cart “Advanced Product Reviews” add-on changes the default functionality “Comments and reviews”. With this add-on, reviews can become powerful pieces of social proof that persuade people to buy. As reviews become more informative, more structured and logical, the customers are motivated to leave comments to products. The shoppers can also have a chance to get the visual admin answer to their review. 

Please remember that more than 90% customers read product reviews before deciding to make a purchase. The store admin has to make the user-friendly comments and reviews block. Check the design of such block with the help of our add-on.

• Advanced Product Reviews work for product pages only.
• User-friendly web design of the Comments and Reviews tab. 
• The store admin has a chance to change the styles of the Comments and Review section in the add-on settings. 
• The "Real Customer" badge is added to the review if the customer really bought this product. 
• The store administrator is able to answer to every customer's review in a very visual manner (with company's logo and the title "Admin's response"). 
• Review attributes that will be used by a customer is added.
• The Global review attributes are added and the store admin is able to apply them to several products/all products.

• There is a line with the number how many people leave a good reviews to the product and can recommend it (in percentage). 
• Customer reviews and ratings are displayed in the admin back-end. Administrator can edit/approve/disapprove/delete them. 
• The very demanded feature "Enable all reviews" is included in the settings.

Notes:

1. We offer free installation of this add-on for the default CS-Cart versions (that don't have any file changes and additional modules). Otherwise, the installation may require additional charge.

2. The Advanced Product Reviews add-on installation doesn't influence the comments and reviews that were made before at your website. Other words, all previously made comments and reviews will stay as they were. If you disable the Extended reviews add-on, all reviews will also stay at place.
