Create a popup on any page you want, either with content from the built-in wysiwyg editor (with backgound and custom dimensions) or from a block you already have in the store, or with a form that you will create inside the Popup screen. Especially for the form you can use the automatic answers of CS-Cart (when he fills in and sends a form, he receives an automatic answer with your own text) while you can also create contests with harvest of elements of those who take part (again here autoresponder ) while you can download in csv the participants with their data, for as many different competencies as you run
The above can appear in a popup that either loads as soon as the page loads or one tries to leave the window (when exiting).
You can also open as many newsletter lists as you want and display them in Popup so that the visitor can choose specifically for registration (eg in clothes you have a list for men and a list for women)
