We have brought a fairly simple but highly demanded Addon, the Featured Products.
It is taken from the Joomla VM world, where you can mark each product as Featured and then present it in a block .
So you just click in Featured product in Addons Tab in the product dit screen, and then you open a new block with your settings (grid, list etc) and in content you choose Featured Products as Filling.
So you can have it as a sidebox, a carousel or even a page if you open a page with a block in the middle.
