How to Manage Orders

Managing orders in CS-Cart is a crucial part of running an online store. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Log In to Your Admin Panel:

    Open your web browser and go to the admin panel of your CS-Cart store. Log in using your administrator credentials.

  2. Navigate to Orders:

    In the admin panel, look for the "Orders" tab in the main menu. Click on it to access the orders section.

  3. View Orders:
    • In the "Orders" section, you'll find a list of all the orders placed on your store. You can search, sort, and filter orders based on various criteria.
  4. Edit Individual Orders:
    • To view or edit the details of a specific order, click on the order ID or the "View" button next to the order.
    • In the order details page, you can view customer information, products ordered, payment details, and shipping information.
  5. Change Order Status:

    • From the order details page, you can generate and print an invoice and packing slip for the order.

  8. Manage Products in the Order:
    • You can add or remove products from the order by clicking on the "Edit" button next to the product list.
  9. Send Order Notifications:
    • You can manually send order notifications to the customer by clicking the "Send Order Notification" button.
  10. Complete the Order:
  • Once the order is ready to be fulfilled, you can mark it as "Completed" or "Shipped" depending on your workflow.
