How does the Power Reviews add-on help to increase sales?

When making a purchase decision, customers are increasingly studying the reviews of those who have already purchased the product they are interested in. For them, the most convincing proof of the excellent quality of goods and the professionalism of the seller is a large number of positive reviews and recommendations.

Get more quality and informative reviews

The add-on allows customers to leave detailed reviews that will be useful to other customers fast and easy.

• Create rating attributes (parameters) for products, categories, sellers or store evaluation, this will greatly simplify the task of writing a review. Client will rate your products by each of the proposed parameters and the review will already be quite informative.
• Enable the reviewtitles and they will look more like articles.
• The "Advantages and Disadvantages" fields will highlight the main advantages and disadvantages of the product.
• The system of likes will raise the most useful reviews to the top, and the “Most helpful” block will draw attention to them.
• Allow images for reviews, often photos are more informative than words.

Get more trust

• Include blocks: "Most positive" and "Most critical". The presence of negative reviews increases trust - it is more likely that comments are live, they are not deleted. And the answers from the administration indicate that they are being listened to.
• Highlight your customer reviews with an additional “Verified Purchase” mark. Such reviews generate more credibility, and more credibility means more sales.

Work with your audience, increase conversion

• Add administrator comments to the review. This will allow you to answer the questions to the site administration asked in the review and successfully work with the negative reviews. Remember - a negative review can also increase the conversion of the site if it is responded promptly.

Get unique content and additional traffic.

• Reviews are always a source of unique, constantly updated content that is indexed by search engines and attracts additional traffic. Mark up reviews using our JSON-LD Markup add-on and the product rating will be shown in the snippet in the search results. The more useful information in a snippet, the more space it takes, the higher chances that it will be clicked on.
• A customizable page with all reviews will be useful for both buyers and search engines.
• Show reviews where you need to by placing a block with reviews and setting it up for filling with reviews about products / store / pages / categories / sellers.
