File and printer-sharing issues can disrupt communication and collaboration on a network. Here are steps to address this issue:

  1. Check Network Discovery and File Sharing Settings:
    • Ensure that Network Discovery, File and Printer Sharing, and Public Folder Sharing are enabled in the Network and Sharing Center settings.
  2. Verify Workgroup or Domain Membership:
    • Confirm that all computers are part of the same workgroup or domain. Inconsistent workgroup/domain settings can prevent sharing.
  3. Check Firewall Settings:
