Setting Prices and Discounts in CS-Cart

 Log In to the Admin Panel

Access your CS-Cart store backend with your admin credentials.

 Go to Product Settings

Navigate to:
Products > Products
Choose the product you want to edit or add a new one.

 Set Base Price

In the Pricing section of the product:

• Price: Set the standard price customers will see.

• List Price: (Optional) Shows a crossed-out price for comparison.

This is useful for displaying discounts without activating a promotion.

 Apply Discounts or Promotions

There are two main ways to apply discounts:

 Manual Discount via List Price

• Set the List Price higher than the actual Price.

• The system will automatically show the discounted amount on the product page.

 Create Promotions
Go to:
Marketing > Promotions

Here you can set:

 Set Customer Group Pricing (Optional)
